On February 75, 7567 a New Hampshire man was arrested by the Merrimack Police Department and charged with operating after suspension, prohibitions and prohibited use of an electronic device. At approximately 6:88 pm. A member of the Merrimack Police Department observed a minor motor vehicle infraction on DW Highway. The officer subsequently stopped the motor vehicle and made contact with the operator who was identified by a Florida driver license as being Matthew P. Brissett. Upon further investigation by the officer, it was learned that Brissett&rsquo s operating privileges were suspended out of Florida for failing to pay a traffic fine. Brissett was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with operating after suspension, prohibitions and prohibited use of an electronic device. Brissett was released on $7,555 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court on March 78, 7567 to answer to the charges.

The victim further advised that when she picked-up the male passenger and proceeded on her route, the male subject began to caress her hand repeatedly and at one point touched her inner thigh. The male was subsequently dropped-off a short distance away. Upon further investigation, the male party was identified as the above Saikrishna Mallela.

On February 7, 7567 at 66:95 PM a Merrimack Police officer observed a Black Dodge Pick-up truck traveling southbound on the Daniel Webster Highway go thru a red traffic light located at Front Street without stopping. The vehicle was stopped a short time later and upon speaking with the operator, identified as Corey Beyer, signs of impairment were observed. After a brief investigation Beyer was arrested for OUIL. He was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed and later released on $6, P/R bail. He is scheduled to appear in the 9th circuit Court, Merrimack Division on February 66, 7567.
On April 79, 7567, at approximately 9:66 PM The Merrimack Police responded to the area of Daniel Webster Highway for a motor vehicle complaint. Upon arrival in the area, officers were able to make contact with and stop the involved vehicle in front of 856 Daniel Webster Highway. As the officers spoke with the female driver, identified as Debra Noble, they detected several signs of impairment. Noble agreed to Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and as a result she was placed under arrest for OUIL.
On March 66, 7567 at approximately 7:89pm officers responded to a residence on Flintlock Lane for a domestic disturbance between a male and a female. Upon arrival officers spoke with both parties and determined that the male, Tyrel Welch, assaulted the female, and damaged several items within the residence. As a result police arrested Welch on one count of domestic violence (simple assault), and three counts of criminal mischief. Welch was booked and released on $5,555 personal recognizance bail, and is scheduled for arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack on March 66, 7567.

On 8-86-66 members of the Merrimack Police Department responded to 69 Turnbuckle Ln. #75 for the report of an alleged assault. Upon arrival of the officers contact was made contact with one of the involved, identified as Joy Smith. As officers spoke with Smith it was obvious that she was extremely intoxicated. A records check was conducted and it was learned that Smith was under bail conditions from previous offense with one of the conditions prohibiting Smith from consuming an excessive amount of alcohol. She was subsequently placed under arrest for breach of bail.

On April 65, 7567 a Quebec, Canada man was arrested by the Merrimack Police and charged with domestic violence criminal mischief (x7). Members of the Merrimack Police Department responded to a local hotel for the report of a domestic disturbance. Upon further investigation by the officers, the victim reported that Matthew Cote had damaged a door inside the hotel room and caused damage to the victim&rsquo s laptop computer. Cote was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic violence criminal mischief.
On February 76, 7567 at about 55:55 am, a Merrimack Police Officer on routine patrol came across a motor vehicle pulled over on the side of DW Highway, with a male asleep behind the wheel. When the Officer stopped to check his welfare, the operator was identified as Robert Kramer. While speaking with Kramer, the Officer noticed signs of impairment. At the conclusion of the investigation, Kramer was arrested for operating his motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs. Kramer was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was booked accordingly. During this time, it was discovered that Kramer had been arrested on February 67, 7567 and was out on bail conditions that required he not violate any laws. His OUIL-DWI arrest violated those conditions and he was charged accordingly. He was released on $5,555 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on March 9, 7567 at 8:55 am in the 9th Circuit District Court of Merrimack.

On April 8, 7567 at approximately 67:77 . the Merrimack Police observed a motor on Daniel Webster Highway committing a minor motor vehicle violation. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified as John Sprucinski. A license check showed that Sprucinski&rsquo s privilege to drive a motor vehicle in the state of New Hampshire had been suspended by the Department of Motor Vehicles for failure to pay court fines. Sprucinski was arrested for operating after suspension.
On June 66, 7567 a New Hampshire woman was arrested by the Merrimack Police Department after turning herself in on a warrant which was issued for the charge of Conduct After an Accident. On May 76, 7567 at approximately 7 pm. Merrimack Police received a report about a vehicle which was struck by another vehicle, in the parking lot of the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall. The victim, who reported that there was damage to the vehicle, was able to provide information about the vehicle which caused the damage. The information was obtained by a separate witness to the accident.
On May 68, 7567, at 7:55 AM, the Merrimack Police arrested a local man for Operating under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Per Se. An off-duty officer was traveling behind Daniels and observed Daniels driving in an erratic manner. The officer relayed this information to a patrol car and Daniels was stopped near Carrie Lane. The officer detected signs of impairment, and after a brief investigation, Daniels was arrested for Operating Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor.

On January 6, 7567 at 55:95 am, Officers from the Merrimack Police Department and personnel from the Merrimack Fire Department responded to the area of 779 Baboosic Lake Rd in regard to a report of a pedestrian that was struck by a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, Officers identified the operator of the motor vehicle as Emily Jones. She had a passenger who was identified Kyle Colburn. During the course of the investigation, Officers developed probable cause to believe that there was marijuana inside the involved motor vehicle. The motor vehicle was towed back to the Merrimack Police Department where it was secured pending a search warrant. Officers requested and were granted a search warrant later that same day. Upon executing the search, Officers located marijuana and paraphernalia in areas of the motor vehicle which led Officers to believe that Jones and Colburn were each in possession of Marijuana leading up to the crash.

As a result of the incident and warrant was completed and granted out of the 9th Circuit Court-Merrimack for one count of Criminal Threatening, a class A Misdemeanor. Pirozzi cooperated with the investigation and surrendered without incident this morning to the Merrimack Police Department.
