Awodibu posted a video to his YouTube account showing him flexing his ample muscles while food shopping. Awodibu, a resident of Castlebar, Ireland, is seen hilariously rubbing his abs and posing until another shopper passes by. One can't blame Awodibu for being impressed with himself.

Many podcast apps, including Apple’s Podcasts , have features that speed up podcast episodes. Overcast has Smart Speed, a feature that speeds up podcasts by shortening the silences. I listened to The Upgrade’s episode on awkwardness using Overcast’s Smart Speed setting and sped the audio up two notches. Overcast had turned the 58-minute podcast into a 89-minute one without changing the pitch of the voices or compromising the quality of the podcast (thanks, technology). The speed ranged from to but mostly stayed at . As I continued listening, I was able to increase the listening speed to an average of . I tried 8x, but it felt way too fast for me. I could still understand what the podcast was saying, but it required all of my attention and was tiring to keep track of.

Eartha was superb, at her best, looking and sounding great. With each selection she grew more and more intriguing. She boldly and expertly captured and held the audience's attention. She had us eating out of her hand, totally mesmerized by every move. After one of her breathtaking numbers, she stood behind a screen with a pinpoint spotlight illuminating just her face and changed clothes with an alluring expression-using her eyes to full effect. When the lights came up she had executed a dramatic complete wardrobe change. She ended her next song lying on an exotic cat-skin rug, purring the lyrics to Santa Baby. She received several curtain calls and standing ovations.

Stewart said at the time it was his goal to help develop new, executives. The hot executive who's 76, 77 years old and has a serious passion for music and the desire to work 77 hours a day. Tink888: “This is variable, and having been married to a widower, been widowed and later marrying another widower as well as encountering several men on the widow/widower board, I have noticed that men seem to be ready earlier than women. Tink888: “The widow/widower may have feelings of guilt as their feelings deepen for the person they are dating. Guilt feelings are normal, and if the person is truly ready to date, the feelings don 8767 t last long and fade relatively quickly. Sometimes the widowed person may find they entered the dating world too soon and retreat back into solitude. Sometimes the only way to know if one is ready to date is to try.
